SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Car fumes have overcome seven people inside two homes in Southwest Philadelphia.
It happened around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 2700 block of Island Avenue.
Firefighters responded to find two people inside a row home, overwhelmed by fumes.
We're told a 69-year old woman was unresponsive at the scene.
Family members in a neighboring home, including two children, were also sickened.
A firefighter is also being checked out.
Officials say a car left running in a garage is to blame.
