2 men wanted for violent cellphone robbery

PARKSIDE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have released surveillance video of two men wanted for attacking two teenagers for their phones last month.

The video was taken from inside a grocery store on the 4000 block of Girard Avenue back on Nov. 16.

Police say the young men waited outside for a couple they spotted in the store. One of the suspects then punched the 18-year-old man in the face and stole his phone. The other pushed the 19-year-old female to the ground and took hers.

Both of the victims were treated for minor injuries.
