Man arrested in armed robbery at Chester post office

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A man wanted for holding up the Chester City Post Office last month is now in federal custody.

Officials say the suspect, identified as Charles Sampson, was armed with a handgun and an umbrella.

Sampson is charged with attempted robbery of a post office.

He'll go before a federal judge on Monday.
