Chester County massage therapist accused of fondling patients

Police say a Chester County massage therapist fondled some of his clients.

He's now under arrest.

Fifty-seven-year-old Steven Waldman faces three counts of indecent assault.

He ran a massage business out of a location on Morgan Street in Phoenixville.

Police are asking anyone else with complaints about Waldman to come forward.
