Child among 4 injured in shooting in Chester

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Four people, including a child, were injured when gunfire erupted in Chester.

The incident happened around 8:30 p.m. on 21st Street near Edgemont.

Police say, three people were struck by bullets, and a child was cut by broken glass.

All four victims were taken to an area hospital.

There was no immediate word on their conditions.

A search is underway for the gunman.
