New place to play for Kensington children

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Children in the Kensington section of the city will have a new place to play.

Tuesday, dozens of children helped Councilwoman Quiones Snchez cut the ribbon at Maguire Playground.

The playground in the 100 block of West Lehigh Avenue has undergone a 200 thousand dollar renovation.

Some of the new features include playground equipment, a basketball court and landscaping.
