24th police district block party

PORT RICHMOND (WPVI) -- 24th district police spent some quality time in Port Richmond Friday.

They weren't rounding up criminals.

They threw a block party for the neighborhood.

For four hours, this was the scene at Campbell Square on the 2500 block of East Madison.

The kids had a blast in the bounce house, while officers served up classic funnel cake treats.
