Anti-violence basketball tournament held in North Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Shoot hoops, not guns. That is what a faith group hopes everyone took away from a community basketball tournament in North Philadelphia Saturday afternoon.

The Moorish Science Temple of America hosted the event at the Cecil B Moore Recreation Center.

Organizers say the tournament is meant to inspire discipline and love and respect for oneself and others.
