Children in need now can express themselves with art in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Children in need now can express themselves with art in Wilmington, Delaware.

450 art kits were donated Tuesday to several organizations like the Police department, the YWCA and the Exceptional Care Center.

The supplies were donated thanks to the Jefferson Foundation and Emma's Art Kits.

The idea came from Emma Stumpf, a young girl who used art to keep her spirits up during treatments for a brain tumor.
