Earth Day Lady Bug Lesson

AUDUBON, Pa. (WPVI) -- There have been Earth Day activities across our area, from students in school to adult volunteers.

Action news was at Chesterbrook Academy in Audubon, Montgomery County as the young ones learned about lady bugs.

They wore their lady bug hats outside where they released thousands of the bugs in their schoolyard.

Ladybugs eat other insects that would otherwise do damage to plants, flowers, and trees.
