KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- One of Philadelphia's affordable housing communities got a makeover Friday.

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society teamed up with volunteers from TD Bank to plant trees in the city's Kensington section.

It was located at Orinoka Civic House on Ruth Street.

The old factory site has been transformed into a neighborhood for low-income families.
