Urgent care facility planned for Abington

Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is planning a brand new facility in Montgomery County.

CHOP Friday unveiled plans for a 37,000 square-foot Specialty Care & Urgent Care Center in Abington.

The new center will have up to 30 exam rooms offering a wide range of therapy and after-hours care.

The CHOP Care Network has 50 locations throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
