Community on alert for serial flasher in Delaware

MIDDLETOWN, Del. (WPVI) -- Police say a serial flasher has been exposing himself to women in a small Delaware community.

Middletown Police released surveillance photos of the suspect.

There have been at least four incidents over the past few months.

Three of them happened in the town's main shopping district.

Anyone with information about the cases or the suspect is asked to contact Delaware Crimestoppers or the Middletown Police tip line.
