Deadly shooting in Darby Township, Pa.

DARBY TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Authorities in Delaware County are investigating a deadly shooting.

The gunfire rang out around 12 a.m. Friday in the 1000 block of Barker Road in Darby Township.

Officials say a man was shot in the head at close range.

Police found his body in the street.

Investigators are working to determine who shot the man and why.
