Delaware man arrested for 5th DUI

LAUREL, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware state police have arrested a Laurel man on DUI charges for the fifth time.

Police say 39-year-old Sean Dunston was pulled over on South Pine Ridge Drive after officers say he drove directly in the path of a trooper's vehicle.

The trooper smelled alcohol and performed a DUI investigation.

Dunston is being held at the Sussex Correctional Institute on $6,000 cash bond.
