1 killed in multi-vehicle crash on I-495 in Claymont, Delaware

CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) -- One person has died in a multi-vehicle crash on I-495 in Claymont, Delaware.

It happened just before 11 a.m. Monday on northbound 495 at Philadelphia Pike.

The crash involved a tractor trailer, a pickup truck, and two other vehicles.

All lanes of I-495 were closed for a period of time while police investigated. They have since reopened.
