Residents vote in Delaware senate race

Voting appears to be calm in the state of Delaware.
Democratic Senator Tom Carper greeted voters in the rain, at P.S. DuPont in Wilmington Tuesday morning.
He is expected to beat his Republican opponent, Rob Arlett.
Carper has held his seat in the Senate for the last 17 years.
