WILMINGTON (WPVI) -- Gunfire on the streets of Wilmington has left a brother and sister hospitalized.

At least a dozen shell casings littered the area of 13th and Claymont streets around 10 p.m. Wednesday.

A 25-year-old woman was shot in the chest. She was taken to Christiana Hospital in critical condition.

Police say her 26-year-old brother went to Wilmington Hospital in a private vehicle and is in stable condition with a gunshot wound to his shoulder and jaw.

Some parked cars were also hit in the shooting.

Authorities describe the suspect as a black male last seen wearing a green Philadelphia Eagles cap, camouflage jacket, black sweatshirt, dark pants with a white strip on the sides and black sneakers.
