HAZLE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WPVI) -- A dog in northeastern Pennsylvania proved he really is man's best friend.
Guy the dog led emergency crews to his owner, who had fallen and hit his head while hiking outside Hazleton.
911 was able to give rescuers a general area of where the 79-year old man was, but it was Guy's continuous bark that led them directly to him.
Rescuers say the man had been in the woods for more than 12 hours when they found him.
Guy is staying with a volunteer family while his owner recovers.
