Man Busted in Dover With 195 Bags of Heroin

DOVER, Del. (WPVI) -- A man was busted with 195 bags of heroin in Dover, Delaware.

The suspect, 19-year-old Shykeem Johnson was already on parole.

Police approached Johnson Tuesday afternoon in the parking lot of a Hardee's.

He took off running and was eventually caught near Dover Downs Hotel and Casino.

Johnson is jailed on $31,000 bond.
