PAL and TD Bank hand out gifts

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Dozens of kids enjoyed an early Christmas Tuesday night in North Philadelphia.

Santa helped hand out gifts at North Penn PAL on 27th Street.

The party, which included lots of pizza, was hosted by the police athletic league, with help TD Charitable Foundation.
