Driver crashes into at least 8 parked cars in West Oak Lane

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A crash damaged at least eight parked cars in West Oak Lane early Sunday.

Police said a driver lost control and damaged a row of cars, before plowing into several vehicles in the 2400 block of 79th Street.

The driver was not hurt and no people were in the damaged cars.

The driver said he lost control when he swerved to avoid a car coming at him.

Police said that car did not stop.
