Dying boy shown true meaning of love

An 8-year-boy from Virginia, who is dying of cancer may have found his true love.

David of Chesapeake has leukemia.

He has been living with the disease on and off since he was 2-years-old.

David met 7-year-old Ayla Andrews on their first day of second grade, and soon after that he had to stop going to class.

Ayla, though, kept trying to see him and doesn't want to leave his side.

Doctors recently gave David just weeks to live.

His family says Ayla has had an impact on his spirit.

"My heart." "His heart tells him."The heart knows." "Mine does, too," said David and Ayla.

Angela Andrews, Ayla's mom says, "She knows what's coming, and she just wants him to be happy and wants him to smile as long as possible."

Ayla's mom says the pair shows them what's important in life - love.
