WOODBRIDGE TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- It was a heartwarming moment at a North Jersey high school.

Classmates crowned a student with Down syndrome, as their homecoming king.

Eighteen-year-old Patrick Petro is the manager of the Woodbridge High School football team.

Students say he is super friendly, high fives everyone, and has great school spirit.

Teammates call him the heart of the team.
