What do you need to be a celebrity? Apparently just fans, paparazzi and body guards.

That's all 16-year-old Quinn Halleck had when he took to the streets of Hollywood, seeing if he could prank people into believing that he was famous. It worked, and crowds quickly flocked to catch a glimpse of the 'celebrity' in their midst. Nearly everyone slowed to see what the commotion was about, many lined up for pictures, and a few even spoke to the camera about how they knew of the 'star.'

This video proves that people are just as gullible as they were 2 years ago, when the prank that inspired this one was pulled. That video, which has over 5 million views, features another non-celebrity fooling pedestrians in New York City into thinking he's famous.
