Gospel artist Erica Campbell of Mary Mary, greets fans in Philly
The host of the new Radio One, "Get Up Mornings with Erica Campbell" greeted Philly listeners Friday morning.
Campbell, the other half of the Grammy award winning duo, Mary Mary, met her fans at TGI Friday's restaurant on City Avenue.
She performed Thursday night at the Dell with her sister, Tina Campbell.
Campbell is working on several projects right now, including the soundtrack for a remake of Ben Hur.
The songs from that soundtrack will be the first original Mary Mary song since 2012.
Campbell's new radio show will offer tips in faith walking, love talking, and joy living.
Erica also announced the newest member of the Radio One family, Stellar Award winner, Maurette Brown Clark who will host mid-days in Philadelphia 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Praise 103.9. The Sound of Praise with Maurette Brown Clark launches Aug 1.
