PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Jay Z's Made in America music festival is not returning to Los Angeles this year - meaning Philadelphia is its one and only home.
According to the L.A. Times, the festival was plagued with problems last year.
Organizers say the city didn't use the right space for a large, paid event.
There were also complaints about noise and crowd control.
Instead of a Los Angeles festival, there will be a free concert in New York.
But the Made in America festival itself will only be in Philadelphia this Labor Day Weekend.
