PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The 4th annual Made in America Festival brought tens of thousands of spectators to the Ben Franklin Parkway this past weekend and Philadelphia officials say it was a rousing success.

Mayor Michael Nutter says this was by far the most successful Made in America festival.

More than 65,000 people attended on Saturday and more than 64,000 on Sunday - a sellout of both days.

The mayor added that it just shows that Philadelphia knows how to handle big events.

In addition to the top musical acts, Mayor Nutter says 16 charities, including Project Home, received proceeds from the concert.

Tidal, the live music streaming service created by promoter Jay Z, beamed the concert to 45 countries across the world.
