The late Tom Petty isn't backing down just yet.

Less than two weeks after his sudden death, he's back on top of the charts.

Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have re-entered Billboard's artist 100 chart at number one.

The chart measures all manner of artist activity, including sales, streaming, radio, airplay and social media.

The band last topped the chart in 2014.
