Cherry Blossom Festival returns for April
The Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival of Greater Philadelphia gets underway this weekend. It kicks off Saturday at Shofuso, the Japanese House and Garden in Fairmount Park. Throughout the nine-day festival, you can simply enjoy the fragile pink blossoms of the 1,000 cherry trees, or celebrate Japanese culture with events like origami- and sushi-making classes.

Bon Jovi set to rock the Wells Fargo stage
The New Jersey-based band brings the "This House Is Not for Sale" tour to the Wells Fargo Center Friday night.

Get ready for Ella and Louis
The Philly Pops are celebrating "The First Lady of Song," Ella Fitzgerald, and her frequent collaborator, jazz great Louis Armstrong. The show "Ella, Louis & All That Jazz" features a swinging lineup of both their biggest solo and combined hits. Performances are Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Flyers season approaches the end
The Flyers play one of their final games of the season at home on Saturday night. They face off against the New Jersey Devils at 7.

East Falls welcomes a new microbrewery
A new microbrewery is opening in Philadelphia's East Falls section. Wissahickon Brewing Company is holding a grand opening celebration on Saturday from 2-10 p.m. It features brews, food trucks, live music and games.

Superheroes assemble in Ocean City
Batman, Spider-man and Star Wars characters will be taking over Ocean City this weekend. It's the O.C. Comic Convention at the Ocean City music pier. There will be costume contests and talks about the future of comic book movies. On Saturday, Billy Dee Williams will be signing autographs.

Pillow fight in the park
Want to feel like a kid again or just take out some aggression? Then you might want to take part in a massive pillow fight on Saturday. Hundreds of people are expected to gather at Washington Square at three in the afternoon. Just be sure to bring your own pillow.
