A look at the best events this weekend, including Harry Potter Fest and the Philly Film Festival.

BOO AT THE ZOO

The Philadelphia Zoo is celebrating Halloween with Boo at the Zoo. Children can dress in costumes and trick-or-treat while visiting their favorite animals. The event also includes fall activities and runs from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. this Saturday and Sunday, and continues next Saturday and Sunday. EVENT DETAILS

HARRY POTTER FESTIVAL

The Harry Potter Festival is taking over Chestnut Hill. On Friday, there is a costume contest and Wands and Wizards Night on Germantown Avenue. The festival is Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with 12 blocks of Harry Potter festivities. At the same time, teams will be competing in the Philadelphia Brotherly Love Cup Quidditch Tournament at Chestnut Hill College. FESTIVAL INFO

PHILLY POPS PLAYS 'STAR WARS'

The Philly POPS will celebrate "Star Wars" with the music of classic score by composer John Williams. Performances are Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoons at the Kimmel Center. PHILLY POPS TICKETS

SIXERS HOST BOSTON IN HOME OPENER

Sixers fans are looking forward to the home opener following a close loss to the Wizards on Wednesday. They host the Kyrie Irving and the Boston Celtics 7 p.m. Friday at the Wells Fargo Center. BUY SIXERS TICKETS

FLYERS PLAY HOST ON SATURDAY

UNION CLOSE OUT THE YEAR AT HOME

WILDWOOD FOOD TRUCK FEST

Foodies are heading to the Jersey Shore for the Wildwood Fall Food Truck Festival. Trucks will be lined up at Fox Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday. TRUCKS AND VENDORS

2017 BORDENTOWN RIVERFEST

Thousands of people are expected to attend the Bordentown Riverfest. The family-friendly event runs from noon-10 p.m. Saturday at Bordentown City Beach along the Delaware River. PHILLY FILM FESTIVAL
