Woman struck along Roosevelt Boulevard in Feltonville

FELTONVILLE (WPVI) -- A woman was struck by a car along Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia's Feltonville section.

It happened around 7:00 p.m. Wednesday near Garland Street.

Authorities say the woman was struck in the southbound inner lanes.

She was taken to Einstein Medical Center. No word on her condition.

The driver of the striking vehicle did stop at the scene.

The accident is under investigation.
