FREE BASTILLE DAY CELEBRATION
Head to Philadelphia's Fairmount neighborhood on Saturday, July 15th for the Annual Bastille Day Festival at Eastern State Penitentiary.
Along with free entertainment and contests, more than 2,000 free Butterscotch Krimpets will drop from the sky.

The party starts at 2 p.m., the treats rain down around 5:30 p.m.
