So we rounded up some tips to picking the best card for you.

First, check your credit. The better your score, the better the perks.

And you don't pay for a copy of your credit score, you are entitled to a free one.

Next, determine what you need.

Now, look at your spending habits and choose the card that's right for you, then do your research.

Look for a card with a low APR, or annual percentage rate.
