EGG HARBOR CITY, N.J. (WPVI) -- Surveillance video shows the moments four teenagers led police on a chase after escaping a detention facility in Egg Harbor City, Atlantic County.

The video, first seen on 6abc Action News, was taken from neighborhood security camera. It shows the speeding stolen car heading down the street and hitting a Jeep. The car continues and then crashes into a home.

A patrol car can be seen following the speeding car.

The video then shows what appears to be the teenagers running off from the scene.

The neighbor who captured the video has turned it over to police.

According to authorities, the teenagers escaped from Harborfields Youth Detention Facility in Egg Harbor City around 12:30 a.m. Wednesday.
