New Jersey man, 19, arrested for teen sex assault

FLEMINGTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a teenager in Flemington, New Jersey.

19-year-old Luis D. Navidad-Rodriguez is charged with sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities say the suspect engaged in sex acts with the victim who they describe as a child between the ages of 13-16.

The incidents happened on at least five occasions.

Navidad-Rodriguez is in custody at Hunterdon County Jail. His bail was set at $100,000.
