Fire damages apartment complex in Frankford

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A fire has damaged an apartment complex in Philadelphia's Frankford section.

Firefighters were called to the 1300 block of Foulkrod Street just before 9 a.m. Monday.

Ladders could be seen leaning up against several windows.

It is not yet known how the fire started, or if there were any injuries.
