July 16th, 2015 (WPVI) -- This weekend on FYI Philly, July 19th is National Ice Cream day and we're celebrating with an ice cream social this weekend on FYI Philly. From the city to the suburbs, from artisan ice creams to hand-crafted water ice, from old-fashioned parlors to mobile carts, and from quirky combos to a place where you create your own, we have the scoop on the tastiest frozen treats all over the region. It's FYI Philly's annual ice cream special, Saturday at 7pm, and Sunday at 1pm and midnight on 6abc!
