Man shot in the chest in Germantown

GERMANTOWN (WPVI) -- A man was critically wounded in shooting Thursday morning in Philadelphia's Germantown.

The shooting happened around 10 a.m. on the 2100 block of Medary Avenue.

It was there that police say a 33-year-old man was shot one time in the chest.

The victim was taken to Albert Einstein Medical Center by police and is listed in critical condition.

No arrests have been made and no weapon has been recovered.

Police are looking for someone in a silver sedan with out of state tags.
