Philadelphia's first medical marijuana dispensary opens

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Philadelphia's first medical marijuana dispensary opened to the public Wednesday.

The "Restore Integrative Wellness Center" in Frankford open its doors Wednesday morning.

The dispensary is located along the 900 block of Frankford Avenue, across the street from the Fillmore and SugarHouse Casino.

Those who are eligible will have access to all forms of medical marijuana.
