A new government study shows usage is the lowest it's been since the early 1990s.

The lone exception is marijuana, where use has remained steady.

Daily alcohol consumption and binge drinking has also fallen among high school students in the last 20 years.

And after a burst of popularity, vaping may be on its way down.
