Americans, as a whole, eat too much sodium.
But a new CDC report says that includes 9 out of 10 kids.
They should only have 19-2,300 milligrams.
But, they average more than 3,200 milligrams - that's not including if they add their own salt to food.
Teens consume even more salt in their food.
The CDC report says lunch accounts for about a third of the sodium, while dinner accounts for nearly 40 percent.
Pizza is the top culprit, followed by Mexican dishes, sandwiches - including burgers - breads, cold cuts and soups.
