Shoveling tips to avoid injuries
Shoveling tips to avoid injuries. Registered Nurse Ali Gorman reports during Action News at 5 p.m. on March 21, 2018.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The most common shoveling injury is a strain or sprain to your back, and Wednesday's snow is the type that can get you into trouble.
