Retrain your brain to crave healthy foods

Can you trick your mind into craving foods that are good for you?

According to scientists at Tufts University, the answer is yes!

Professor of Nutrition and Psychology Susan B. Roberts designed a diet plan for a small group of volunteers.

The program encouraged the subjects to reach for nutritious foods when they were most hungry.

It also treats certain high-fiber, high-protein items as "free foods", that don't count towards calorie totals, in order to make them more appealing.

At the end of the six month study, Dr. Roberts found that those who followed her plan lost an average of 19 more pounds than those who received no intervention.

She also discovered their brains showed an increased reward response when they saw images of healthy food.
