Shoppers line up for holiday sweets

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Customers lined up outside the Termini Bros Bakery in South Philadelphia Thursday morning.

They are grabbing the final items to complete their holiday dinners.

Termini is known for its legendary cannolis, cakes, cookies, and other sweet treats.

Many people arrived before sunrise.

Jackie DeSimone of Southwest Philadelphia says, "If you come after 6 a.m. then you have a really long line, but usually if you get here between 5:15-5:30 a.m., it's not as bad."

But, that's part of the fun - the line.

The bakery even brought in some live music to serenade those early bird shoppers.
