WEST MOUNT AIRY (WPVI) -- Police are looking for the man who held up a 53-year-old woman at gunpoint while she was walking into her own home.
Surveillance from the incident on January 7 shows the suspect walking past a home on the 100 block of West Cliveden street at 4:20 p.m.
As the woman walked up to her front door, the suspect can be seen tripping and falling on the snow as he tries to sneak up behind her.
She made it inside and held the door shut.
The gunman tried to kick in the door several times before he ran off.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, 6'0" tall with a medium build. He was wearing a dark tan & black hooded sweatshirt, black hat with brim, dark colored pants, tan boots and armed with a handgun.
