Heavy flames damage house in Bridesburg

BRIDESBURG (WPVI) -- A blaze damaged a house in Philadelphia's Bridesburg section Wednesday morning.

The fire broke out around 8:10 a.m. on the 2600 block of Hayworth Street.

Firefighters arrived to flames showing throughout the house.

Crews are working to get the flames doused and under control.

It's not clear if there were occupants inside the building.

So far, there is no word on any injuries.
