PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Jahlil Okafor is back! Maybe?

A Philadelphia 76ers source confirmed to Action News late Tuesday night Okafor has rejoined the team in Boston and will be in uniform Wednesday night against the Celtics.

Head coach Brett Brown had said earlier this week that playing him in the middle of all these trade talks would complicate things.

As ESPN's Marc Stein wrote on Sunday:

Asked if he would continue to sit Okafor while rumors swirl, Brown said, "It's still fluid but if you see me not play him, that's probably the reason.''

So is Okafor staying for good?

Earlier Tuesday, there was a report that the 76ers were looking for a 1st round draft pick this year in return.

Perhaps the price was too high?

It remains to be seen if Okafor will take the court in Boston.
