Juvenile shot in the leg in Juniata Park

JUNIATA PARK (WPVI) -- Authorities say a male juvenile was shot in the leg in Philadelphia's Juniata Park section.

It happened just before 9:00 p.m. Friday in the 4300 block of O Street.

The victim was shot in the calf.

He was taken to St. Christopher's Hospital in stable condition. Officials have not released his exact age or identity.

No word on any arrests or a possible motive.

Police are investigating.
