Suspect sought in Center City mail theft

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Detectives have released surveillance video of an alleged mail thief.

Cameras captured the man walking into an apartment building at 20th and Walnut streets back on October 30th.

He is then seen forcing the mailboxes open and rummaging through people's mail.

Investigators believe the suspect got away with a credit card, which he later used.
